Mona Gauthier is Associate Dean of Manufacturing for Milwaukee Area Technical College. Prior to this role, she served as Assistant Dean of the Office of Workforce and Economic Development and worked as the Pathways to Construction Trades Coordinator, where she created a contextualized teaching and learning curriculum in construction for dislocated workers with academic and linguistic barriers to employment.
Lawrence (Larry) Gross
Faculty lead and Welding Technology Instructor in the School of Technical and Applied Sciences
Larry Gross has been an instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College for over 35 years in Manufacturing Technologies. Prior to teaching, Larry was a manufacturing technician and is certified as a welding inspector.
Michael Jenkins, Ph.D.
Senior Personnel and Associate Dean of the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences
Dr. Jenkins is Associate Dean of Math and Science in the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Milwaukee Area Technical College. His background is in Educational Psychology, receiving an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Leadership, Learning, and Service in Higher Education, with a Ph.D. from Cardinal Stritch University.

Dr. Yan Wang is Director of Institutional Research and Strategic Planning for Milwaukee Area Technical College. Prior to coming to Milwaukee, she completed her education with an MS in Applied Statistics and Ph.D. in Higher Education at The Ohio State University.
