Madison College hosted the Fall 2018 Cross Institutional Meeting for the Contextualize to Learn project on October 5, 2018. The meeting featured a review of recent and ongoing professional development surrounding math contextualization at the colleges as well as approaches to collaboration for research efforts related to contextualization in the classroom and surveys of student experiences. Dr. Jack Daniels, President of Madison College joined us to welcome us to the College, proclaiming the importance of the work faculty are doing with this project and showing his support for ongoing efforts related to creating, implementing and assessing contextualized curriculum.
